The resolution line had me on hold for over 45 mins each time I attempted to dispute the service call fee for an apparatus that notwithstanding does not operate correctly. On September 16, 2021, the air conditioner went out in my rental. He told me he submitted his diagnostic written report to FNHW on September 21 and had not received authorization to replace the blown compressor. I then called "customer service" at FNHW. After being disconnected several times, navigating through countless recorded instructions, then existence placed on hold for over half an 60 minutes, I was finally able to talk to "Gabriella" at Allegiance National. I explained my emergency situation, and she said information technology takes 2 days to corroborate the repair (it had already been iii days.). That was 14 days, and numerous calls, agone – each with the same obstruction course required to attain anyone. And the claim, which is very clearly covered by the policy, has withal not been approved. I have attempted to contact the company ix times, just have only been able to achieve a real person v times. Wait times have exceeded an hour and, two times, I was disconnected mid-sentence. On both occasions the person to whom I spoke had my telephone number just did not phone call me dorsum. Each "customer service" person has had a very heavy Hispanic emphasis, and are difficult to understand, simply it is apparent that they all have the same script. Basically, it is "I am so pitiful for your inconvenience, but we have to look until the "Approval Section," approves your claim." When I have asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, the "customer service" rep says they are non available at the moment, just that they would phone call me back. Nobody has ever chosen me back. Customer service rep at Fidelity kept request they demand to send another technician to re-diagnose 3-iv month-old trouble to proceed with the case. At that signal, we were tired with technician visits and the just solution was to abolish Fidelity policy and fixing our problem ourselves. Placed an EMERGENCY service call Sun evening, no response next morning until I chosen. Bottomline; same PROVIDER came out to audit. His paperwork submitted to FNHW "Cust needs new water heater". Called to meet if I can expedite install, they say there process will be 24-48 to corroborate and then another few days for install based on PROVIDER. I take been trying to call this Co. for a week. I have called unless twenty times at different hours of the day, waited each time at least 73 minutes with no luck! My tenant has been without a refrigerator for over 1 week, she had surgery and she needs ice! I will never recommend this Co. to anybody over again!!!!

Sent out Pilot Electric and paid $75. Neither Company got dorsum to me with prognosis. Called and said work order was closed out and claim denied from Fidelity. Had to call iii times on hold for over an hour with Fidelity for response of why claim denied. Reply was range had grease buildup! In the knob?? A scam company that is paid from ownership a new home that will not cover anything. Absolutely a ZERO! Not satisfied at all!! ..View less

Company denied claim for duct work which resulted in me paying out of pocket. Visitor is attempting to accuse a service fee for a service phone call that was not completed.

I endured a fourth dimension-consuming 6 month process of icemaker repairs to eventually larn that the manufacturer is involved in a class action lawsuit, thereby exempting FNHW from replacing my unit. This was revealed tardily in the process unfortunately. While all agents and technicians I encountered were polite and soothing, they consistently failed to communicate with me until I initiated phone contact. I was told past specialists multiple times (3 at least) that they would resolve the issue quickly and contact me with updates. Unfortunately they could not keep their word. I sympathize with the pandemic that glitches and delays are expected. Merely this company needs to remedy some major systemic issues. I am totally unsatisfied with the 'service' that was provided, and cannot recommend them as a trustworthy visitor. Would love to alter my 1-star rating but in that location is no evidence for a college review. ..View less
